About the Program
Functional Adult Fitness is a gentle, strength-based program designed to support healthy aging and help older adults stay active, strong, and confident. Each session combines easy strength exercises with low-impact cardio movements to improve mobility, balance, and overall well-being. It’s a warm, welcoming environment where participants can build fitness at their own pace and enjoy meaningful community connection.
