Join us for Functional Adult Fitness — a gentle, strength-based class designed to support healthy aging and keep you moving with confidence!
This program focuses on low-impact cardio paired with light strength training to help older adults stay active, strong, and steady. It’s a welcoming, encouraging environment where participants can build fitness, improve mobility, and enjoy community connection. Suitable for all fitness levels. Bring comfortable clothing, supportive footwear, and a water bottle.
Classes run Every Monday from January 26 to March 30.
Cost: $40 per month
