We have a community garden in the H.S. Sears Park just North of the 7-11 on Pendygrasse Road. There are plots to rent each year ($20 for the 1st year and $10 each year after) or you can help at one of the Community Plots. CHEP works with us to provide information from other CA gardens and helps with basic gardening tips as well.
Each gardener is responsible to maintain their plot with regular weeding and watering. Many also help with the Community Plots which are for everyone in the community to share. We hope to have more volunteers to help with the Community Plots, specifically with the weeding and watering.
